Some like to help others. It is part of their character, But some other like the person who wants their help, and doing it for them even if they don't like such help.

Speaking only for myself, it's because I enjoy helping people out who are having problems. I don't know them and will never know them, but once in a while someone will send me a thank-you message, which though rare, is always nice to see.

honestly. if people ask, people will answer. if they wish this to be free then so be it. everything is open. bluntly or frankly... people just want to help because they feel like it.
