If the face is stationary then I do not believe it is a ghost, for a ghost is a living and moving thing. However, the energy thing can be a ghost, it can also just be paranoia. Ghosts are beings so you will notice a personality in the way it makes an impression. I believe supernatural beings can follow you. I've been looking for experts on this topic myself and I have yet to find one. I could talk to a sorcerer but the scriptures do not desire for me to use them.

It looks like it tried to communicate. Yes that can follow you, when I was 5 there was a little girl who played with my toys and my mom got the house cleansed. She is still with me now.... get someone to come and cleanse the house or just see if it is good. My friend had a case like that but it was a hand print. Don't be scared though.

There are many similar testimonies like yours. There is no doubt that there is a ghost in your house. Yes, ghosts or evil spirits do follow their victims. Their primary goal is to destroy you and make sure you end up in hellfire. Your haunting situation will only get worse unless you do something about it.

The only thing you can do, is to seek Jesus Christ. Pray to God with a sincere heart and confess that Jesus is your Savior and that He died for your sins. Ask Him to forgive you from you sins just like you have forgiven those who have sinned against you. Tell Him to protect you and help you be more like Christ. In Jesus' name. Amen.

After praying, continue to seek Jesus and stay away from anything associated with satanic activity. If you do this, the ghost will leave you in search of someone else.

if there is really gost in your house, u should try to make ua house pure, get rid of that gost.
