I don't like nor dislike them. If they look good that's great, but some people get implants that are too large and seem out of place on their body.
I occasionally flirt with the idea of getting implants, but I know it wouldn't look good.

Implants look disgusting in my opinion but I'm not flat chested so I cannot understand how it feels to have no breast
