If a gay man marries a gay boy, does the boy become a citizen of the man's country?

I think there's nothing wrong with that, please don't report on me.

This probably varies depending on which country they are in.

Are there any places in this world where he becomes a citizen?

There are plenty of English born women who married an American man over there and she is now a citizen.

If you want to be gender neutral, you should do this if the new spouse is a woman or a man.

If they live in a gay state will being married to an American make him eligable for medicaid?

If the boy is a student with zero income and the American man has a high salary, can the man file his income tax jointly and reduce his tax and get another tax break for the boy's tuition?

If a citizen is married to a foreigner, typically the foreigner can apply for and be granted RESIDENCY in the citizens country.

If a foreigner is granted residency, then lives in a country for many years, typically he can eventually apply to become a citizen of the host country.

Regarding Gay Marriage. Some countries recognize it, some don't. USA now recognizes gay marriage, and grants residency to gay spouses.

Regarding Underage Marriage. Don't know of any country that approves of it.

I use the word boy because it is different than man. The boy is at least 18 and he would have to be to get the marriage license. He is a twink so we'll call him a boy.

Why would an adult marry a child? Isn't that a bit odd, even in your world.

By the way, there's no such thing as "living in a gay state".

There is something wrong with that because NO marriage ever grants anyone automatic citizenship. It might allow the legal spouse to apply for a spouse visa or residency. Of course, the marriage must be legal in the jurisdiction, and not all countries/jurisdictions recognize gay marriage as legally valid.

The citizen-spouse must prove they can support the foreign spouse. No foreign spouse can get any kind of welfare benefits, food stamps, Medicaid or anything. If a foreigner, even a green card holder, applies for any such benefits, under Public Charge laws, they become permanently ineligible for citizenship, and can have green card revoked & be deported, while the citizen must reimburse everything (including interest, penalties, administrative costs, court costs & legal fees).

Adults cannot marry children. And spouses must file jointly.

    No,

if a gay man marries a gay boy, you'll have a gay man married to a gay boy.

Neither would the gay man become a citizen of the gay boys' country, nor would the gay boy become a citizen of the gay man's country. The gay man won't become straight, and the gay boy won't become straight. Nor would any of those two turn into a woman.

What's possible, however, is that the gay man would be prosecuted for child molestation, perhaps even statutory rape, depending on the boy's age.

You seem to be very confused.

If they get married him being a raving lala is moot he would still have to met all the criteria for actually being able to sponsor some one into the country

Depending on the age of the "man" and the age of the "boy" the man may well be spending some serious time in jail

AND the none American party does not get a freebie for anything THAT is what the sponsor is for, he meets ALL money needs for HIS "spouse"................

Filing taxes is so far down the line fail to see wtf it has to do with the rest of your babble, along with any chance to become a citizen.

No as normal marriage won't grant that either. Marriage often won't even grant residency. Also you can't have relationships with a minor.

I hope not. So is this the reason you gays are pushing for gay marriage.
