Need some help with megabus?

Alright, I'm new to megabus, but it's cheap, so that's what I gotta do I guess. Anyways, my problem is I know that it goes to Cleveland which is my desired location, I'll be departing from Richmond, VA but it doesn't offer me Cleveland. Does anyone have any suggestions? I can change my location to a nearby stop, but I just need to get to Cleveland.

    you got to pull up the Megabus routes. It can go to Cleveland, just not from Richmond VA.

    See what their routes and the towns on each route.

    I have taken the Megabus from Chicago to Indy and Columbus several times with no problems
