Best AFFORDABLE foundation for discoloration?

Well, a full coverage foundation that is affordable?

Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 foundation is the one you need! It's an amazing full coverage foundation and is so compareable to the Estee Lauder Double Wear but is so much cheaper, won't break you out (the Estee Lauder one didn't but still), and actually comes with a PUMP which is an A plus in my book. It's better for normal to oilier skins, not too dry and not severely oily either. Just right near that range from slightly dry to moderate oily. It will leave you matte ALL DAY and unlike the Estee Lauder, it feels comfortable to wear on a daily basis and it's so easy to blend!

I don't use my fingers with this one, I do straight onto with my sponge because the fingers won't blend this foundation properly but a damp sponge will do amazingly.

If you want more of a luminous finish, L'Oreal's True Match Lumi is a great luminous foundation that will cover sun spots, acne and redness but is an overall beautiful foundation. It blends nicely, there are more colours in the selection and it has this gorgeous model Miranda Kerr skin kind of dewy effect that is so gorgeous and best for drier skins. It lasts for all day up to ten hours and will conceal everything. This foundation is slightly less coverage than Covergirl but it's slightly more wearable and a bit more moisturizing than the Covergirl.

I like to use my fingers with this since it's so blendable and it makes my skin feel smooth.

These are the best in my opinion my skin tolerates this foundation better then the others and it doesn't feel as heavy on the skin.

Any of these will cover your problem areas it all depends on your price range and preferences. I've tried all these and they've covered up tattoos and scars. They're good and full coverage. I feel your pain I know what it's like to be unhappy with your skin and have major issues.

"Clinique Even Better Makeup SPF 15" will help make your skin not so many splotches and slowly over time improve your skin, but it could also be from too much sun makes your skin have splotches as well it could take time for your skin to naturally go back to normal.

you'll probably want to get a foundation in your skintone AND a color-correcting one.

yellow cancels out purple

green cancels out red

it blends out in the end and covers.

ELF makes stuff like that.
