stillborn and placental abruption?

We lost our son may 4th this year at 36 weeks. I still haven't gone back to work and have panic and anxiety attacks a few times a week. Of course i still cry and keep to myself a lot. Thankfully I have a crazy 3 year old girl who I care for all day and I take care of the house and all but wondering if anyone else who has been through this could offer insight? When did you go back to work? Did you feel freaked out in public? Have you had any more pregnancies and how did they turn out? Thank you!
