So a retired service man who "accidentally" entered Mexico, out of uniform, and broke their laws and was arrested by their police is now a prisoner?
And we should negotiate his release?
He broke the law, he is not a prisoner of war.
He needs to hire a lawyer and stop crying.

Everyone knows you do not carry an unlicensed firearm into Mexico. If you didn't know it before you do now. In case you haven't noticed Mexico isn't the United States. When you are in Mexico you must follow their laws.

Neither Obama nor anyone else in the administration will even talk with the Mexican government about Sgt. Tahmooressi. They simply don't care.
