Why do I always daydream about our future?
I've always been the same with guys I liked whether I was dating them or not. I just can't go with the flow and live in the moment sometimes.
When I really like a guy, it doesn't matter if I won't be able to see them for the next three months or if I'm not sure about his feelings, I start daydreaming about our future together. I imagine meeting his parents, I imagine conversations and I have fantasies.
I know it's natural but I can't help it and I start daydreaming every day. How unhealthy is it if you're not yet sure about the other person's feelings?

I think it's ok as long as you understand that the other person may not replicate your feelings. There is a difference when you daydream and think it is the reality and when you daydream and fully understand that you are just dreaming.
