Hi there, I just read your post about the one night stand and I have been through something similar. Only, I regretted not calling him back and it's too late now, I wondered if you had any regrets concerning the situation.
Why do I always daydream about our future?
I've always been the same with guys I liked whether I was dating them or not. I just can't go with the flow and live in the moment sometimes.
When I really like a guy, it doesn't matter if I won't be able to see them for the next three months or if I'm not sure about his feelings, I start daydreaming about our future together. I imagine meeting his parents, I imagine conversations and I have fantasies.
I know it's natural but I can't help it and I start daydreaming every day. How unhealthy is it if you're not yet sure about the other person's feelings?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating7 years agoDoes this Korean guy like me?
So to keep it short, I met a guy over a year ago and we saw each-other again this year once I travelled to his country, Korea.
We really got on and he was very sweet, protective and chatty with me. Once I left Korea, I realized I wanted to move there for sure and I'll be there by December. I know I will meet other guys in Seoul but since we are still in touch, I am hoping naively that he will still be romantically available by then.
He has said many good things about me face to face and online and he immediately replies and keeps up the conversation whenever I do contact him (twice a month). However, he doesn't initiate the conversation unless it's my b-day or something. Should I just go on and see once we meet again?

3 AnswersKorea7 years agois he too attractive for me?
I may have a chance with this guy although I'm not sure whether he's simply very kind and generous or if he's interested. The thing is he is very good looking and I know for a fact that many girls find him attractive in his country.
People say I'm pretty and cute, sometimes beautiful but really, I am not as good looking as him and it makes me insecure. Should I still give it a chance? I don't want to make it awkward and lose the friendship either.

1 AnswerFriends7 years agoHow will a (tall) French girl be perceived in Korea? Living and dating?
So I'm a French girl who's been living abroad for 5 years now. I am fluent in English and I also hold american citizenship but other than that, I was living in France before moving to the UK for uni.
Anyway, I've been teaching in Thailand for 2 years now and I will most likely be moving to Korea by December. I was never interested in korean culture before meeting koreans and it was not until I went there for a trip that I really made up my mind. I used to think Korea was only about K-pop and plastic surgery and never did I expect to fall for the language, the lifestyle, the food and the people :)I am fully aware that nowhere's perfect and I may be a little too excited but I am committed to move and teach there now.
I also have questions regarding dating as I met up with a friend in Seoul. We met for the first time in Thailand and he had invited me to come visit him a year ago. During the 4 times we saw each-other in Seoul, he was very complimentary, open-minded, caring and of course he insisted on paying for everything. He would also stand very close behind me as we walked together and he made sure I always went back home safe. I also met his friend and he told him I was "so cute, smart and nice" but other than that, he didn't try to initiate anything. He is my main contact and I think it's safe to say that we "clicked" but I was just wondering if he was simply "very nice" or if he felt something too.. Oh I'm 23 and he's 27, he says age doesn't matter (very unkorean :)
3 AnswersKorea7 years agoI want to approach him?
So I'm a teacher in Thailand and he works at a different office in my school. We've talked a few times but there were always people around. He smiles back at me and he's helped me once with paperwork but I want to get to know him better. I have no idea whether he has a girlfriend and I don't want my coworkers to know I have a crush on him. Dating someone from the school wouldn't be a taboo here as long as you avoid PDA but how do I find a reason to talk to him? And how would I know if he's even interested?
Thanks!
1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoHow do I approach him?
He works at the office above me so I never really have a chance to talk to him unless I go to his office for work reasons. He usually eats in his office too and I just smile at him whenever I see him.

1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoHe replied "night xxxX"?
I was having a casual conversation with my ex on facebook, we just recently started chatting after a month of no-communication.
As I said good night, he replied "night xxxX". I just thought it was surprising, am I exaggerating?

1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoAm I being selfish for not going out?
I'm literally exhausted as I'm writing those words. I will be going to Thailand in two days for a period of six months and I still have a few things to do before I got, not to mention that I haven't researched anything on the country.
I've been working like crazy for the passed 4 days and I just want to sleep tonight before I get up and finish everything but two of my friends really expected me to go out and they had been pressurizing me all day. They said I should go out because it's my friend's birthday and it's also my last night but that's precisely the reason I don't want to go. I'm so tired, I'm feeling ill and I just want to feel rested before I go. Is that not normal? I told them I would go but I know shouldn't for my own sake.

1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoI think I've lost an old friend?
I've finished university this year but I always made a little effort to keep in touch with my friends from home. I moved to another country to go to uni so it proved difficult but I kept my three dearest friends.
One of them was my roommate and my best friend throughout high-school and I always saw her at least twice a year although she lived in Paris. We had been growing up in different countries but we had a lot to say to each-other.
Recently, I felt like I had to get back in touch with her now that she's moved to Danemark but it's been two months and I still haven't heard anything from her. I sent her two rather long messages but the truth is I feel like she's judging my profile on facebook and she decided I wasn't good enough for her.
We were really close for three years and it somehow breaks my heart that she ignores me this way.
