How should I explain my boob job to kids?

I got them done 2 weeks ago, seeing my sister and her kids next week, how should I explain it to them?

7 year old boy and 11 yearold girl

    Will kids really notice that? Wear some loose shirts while you are there. It's not really something you need to discuss with little kids.
