I played the orginal Pokemon Ruby version, but should i buy Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire?
When the remakes came out for gold and silver i brought soulsilver as originally i played gold version and i wanted to use lugia. but with omega ruby and alpha sapphire i am seeming to lean towards buying omega ruby as i like groudon, still unsure what to get though.

Trust your feeling :)
If you feel better choosing Omega Ruby with Groudon again, just go for it.
If you decide to follow your feeling, you can be 100% invested in the game.
Don't try to rationalize it. I can say that I personally enjoy Pokemon best on a very basic emotional level.
There's no wrong or right choice by the way, just different.

I would buy it, I enjoyed the Heartgold remake, and I played gold. I'm looking forward to theses remakes as well
