Why do I feel this way about a girl?

Question

So I barely even know this one girl that I work with, but I am completely fascinated by her. Not trying to sound weird but that's the only word I can think that describes it. I don't have any sort of romantic feelings really, just fascination. It's not looks either because while she is pretty I don't care.  I have dated before and I know what it feels like to have a crush but this is very different. It's really weird and I just want to know what  that feeling is. Thanks people :)

It could be something as simple as interest. She's probably unique and different from what you've known in the past. You might be in the stage of just wanting to be around her and nothing more than that.

It could lead somewhere or it can die off. Who knows? Time will tell.

Well i think i need more  info. or ex. on how ur fascinated with her but i give it a try n tell you my semi similar story.Maybe she's seems like a down to earth person or seems really interesting n different I  am kinda fascinated with this guy that I don't really know its actually my crush's friend but just because the thing he says like on fb are really funny but he seems really sad n I am not attractive to him at all either but its like he seems down to earth n he seems like a really interesting n funny guy n I can't really  understand why he so sad because a guy like that who is not afraid to be himself  i would love to be like that he's just really out there  well I'm kinda fascinated with him like  i look at  his fb alot its partly me relating to him on the sadness part n just kinda inspired by him being himself so that's my guess ur inspired,relate to her, or she's just different from anyone you met so its like ur curious about her
