Why would a Saimese cat have evolved to have such noticeable coloring among other colors?
So I have a Chocolate point saimese and evolutionary speaking most animals are camouflaged, Then u get breeds of dog and cat that are huge standouts
Or don't predators or animals see colors, do they see in shades unlike us? so doesn't make a difference?

As Bulldog suggests... Selective Breeding is NOT controlled by natural evolution. it is controlled by what the people doing the selecting want. This is why we have the variety of dog and cat breeds we have (and why genetic "problems" are common in many of those breeds).

The "points" on a Siamese are related to body temperature. You will note that the darker spots are on the extremities, where body temperature is cooler. They may have originated as a way to absorb more heat from the sun.
