Does anybody know anything about this Taekwondo practitioner in the UK?

James Kessler IV degree blackbelt. I've been told by people who's opinion I trust that he's one of the best TKD instructors in Shropshire (England). However I'm concerned whether he trains for quality rather than quantity. In other words not just in it to make a load of money,to produce poor students, as alot of TKD instructors paticularly I've come across

have been. So if anyone has trained with or knows, works, or has trained with this individual your input would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It doesn't matter what we - or anyone else who's trained with him - says.

You've been given a good reference to him, your next job is to visit his dojang and have a conversation with him. Find out what kind of person he is; what kind of instructor he is; what kind of student he expects you to be; what it's like going through his classes (you ought to be able to watch several classes: watch a beginner's class - that's what you'll be doing first; watch a senior's class - that's what you'll be doing several years down the road; and watch a few promotion tests to get an idea about what is expected and what qualifies as passing grade.

The internet cannot make up your mind for you. It is only a tool, a database. In the end, you must decide. If you trust the opinoins of people you already told you he is good, then I think you know the answer to your question. Perhaps you don't want to accept that answer. Why?

So people you trust tell you he's the best, but you want a second opinion from random interweb users?
