I still haven't received my Universal Orlando tickets?
I ordered a ticket from the Universal Orlando website, about an hour ago, and have yet to receive an email confirmation or my ticket. I'm worried because my friend ordered her ticket separately and she received an email immediately. I chose the email delivery option, but if my ticket does not arrive by email am I able to pick it up in the will-call window with my confirmation number? I can't call customer service because they are currently closed. Also, my trip is tomorrow

Go back to the website, and go deeper into the site and follow the links that will tell you what to do if this occurs. This is not an unusual problem, and nearly always resolved without having to speak to customer service. Also, check your spam folder, often your tickets will be waiting there if you have good filters with your email account. If all else fails, go to the park, AND bring the same credit card you used to purchase the tickets, and they can reprint your tix from that.
If you got a confirmation that your credit card purchase went through, most of these sites will say that before you even leave the site. It's possible the transaction failed. Call your credit card company right now to see if the transaction is still processing or has posted.

UPDATE
So, the email with my ticket came in the next morning at around 8am. Apparently, the order doesn't process after/before operating hours. I initially ordered the tickets at 10:30pm, a little after the parks and customer service had closed. I don't exactly understand the logic behind this, but from what I've found online, this seems to be the case.
