We all go through bad times and we all question our own worth, I know I do.

Be choosy with your dating sites as their are a lot of predator women out there.

Don't give up because a) things change b) there is hope and c) there is help.

My DR told me every year to go and make friends by joining a club. I started making an effort to go the Kingdom Hall. They actually had a cover article in Aprils AWAKE! magazine about suicide. Why not pray to Jehovah (God likes to know which God you are asking) and ask specifically for help. And then be very brave and visit your local congregation. There isn't a happier hope for the future than what Witnesses believe. To find out what that is you don't have to get baptized. you just have to ask one of them to study the Bible.

Remember you are worth more than many sparrows and not one of them fall to the ground without your Fathers knowledge. You don't need a partner to be special! you are special. Get some friends to tell you that.

Unless you change your loser attitude, you will go on forever alone. You must do things to help you have more self pride and respect. Sports, healthy eating, good sleep, should help. Only after you love yourself, girls will love you.
