Dog breeds that looks like a Wolf ?

All dogs that "look like wolves" will need tons of exercise.

My black German Shepherd looks pretty close to what a black wolf would. So I'd say that German Shepherds, Huskies, and Malamutes are pretty close to looking like wolves.

But like I said before, all of these dogs need a lot of exercise. It never seems like my GSD gets enough exercise, she is always off the walls.

There are breeders who focus on medium drive German Shepherds, some can be very large and come in wolf-like colors that greatly resemble wolves.

Every dog that is a potential candidate for what you're looking for needs COPIOUS amounts of exercise.

Dogs that look like wolves are closely related to wolves, which means they have the same energy level as their wild counterparts.

German shepherds, huskies, Belgian malinouis, and breeds like that are working dogs. High energy. Very high energy. They need to have a job to do.

Don't get a dog based on appearance! The perfect dog for you may look more like a poodle and a wolf!(:

If you are looking for a dog with the appearance of a wolf and done care how much it costs you would want a tamaskan or a wolf dog but you need to research a dog and it's breed to find out if it is right for you not just get a dog because of its appearance go to a shelter and find a German Shepard, husky, akita, malimute, ect mix dog it will resemble a wolf close enough

Besides Huskies and Malamutes, Sable colored Ger. Shepherds look like wolves. Norwegian Elkhounds look like wolves but, a little smaller then the above breeds. All of these breeds need exercise.

The wolflike dogs are all spitz or herding breeds - VERY high energy dogs and/or dogs that are hard to train. Get a picture of a wolf.

What you're looking for doesn't exist. And appearance is the WORST reason to get any dog! Common sense should kick in here. People with no knowledge picking a dog based on appearance is why so many dogs are euthanized in shelters each and every day.

No on the medium/low exercise.

Most "wolf like" in appearance would be the husky types - Siberian Husky, Akita, Malamute.

Why would you want such a dog and then not exercise him? It would lead to a miserable and aggressive dog.
