The only scandal on your list is the VA. That one has been going on since 1789. I don't quite see how you can blame Obama. However, attempting to blame Obama for the VA scandal shows how desperate you are.

Not one of those is a "scandal" with the possible exception of the VA which still does not connect to the White House. The procedures at the VA should be thoroughly revised to assure that this type of wrongdoing does not occur in the future.

The Republicans are desperately trying to find or create something to link to the White House in their unrelenting effort to attack and undermine the Obama administration. It is an outrageous waste of the taxpayers' money.

Since none of those are scandals, your question is irrelevant.
