Streaming videos are choppy. How do I fix this?

I googled it already. There were lots of solutions, but none applied to me. There were ways to fix it if you had a Mac or if you had Firefox or Internet Explorer, but that's it.

I have Google Chrome and Windows 7.

    Send a feedback to their customer service. maybe the problem is in their website.
