Hey, linguists!?

While I'm definitely not a linguists, I like studying the history of language and love phonology. I've noticed that it's plausible for a language to exist without adjectives. Instead of 'the ball is red' it would be 'the ball is a red' or combine what would be the adjective in English with a noun (it's a redball). Is there actually a language that does this?
