My chihuahua was mad at something then she bit my toe. Should I forgive her?

My chihuahua was angry at something then all of a sudden, she bit my toe without any provocation. It didn't bleed and my toe is completely fine. I haven't pet or attended to my chihuahua since then. She's been asking for my attention around an hour after she bit me but I pretend I don't notice it. I'm still giving her the cold treatment until now. It's been 5 hours. She usually sleeps in my room but right now she doesn't want to go upstairs and has been staying downstairs will probably stay there for the rest of night until probably I notice her.

Should I forgive my chihuahua?

If you wanted to discipline your dog for the bite, you should have done so immediately. If your dog is behaving well now, you are confusing the hell out of her by shunning her. She has no idea why you are ignoring her (not that ignoring a dog is a particularly bad thing). If she is behaving well now, you should reward her for that behaviour. If she ever seems annoyed by something again, you should either ignore or correct that behaviour. Then she'll know what behaviour is good and what is not.

Just talk to her might sound crazy but they understand and next time she bites say ouch then she will begin yo realize it hurts and eventually stop.
