how many federal judges omit the part of the government being of, by and for the people? why do they?
nullify the voice of the people? when an issue is put to a vote and the people have spoken, then why do some federal judges choose marxism over the constitution of the united states? are they simply afraid they won't be liked by the current so called "in" crowd? why do they dishonor their position in such a way? the constitution isn't hard to read or understand so why dishonor it and themselves with phony rulings? when the people have spoken, then why don't the judges stand with them instead of selfish special interest groups that harm america?

You are quoting the Gettysburg Address, not a law. Try reading the Constitution. Judicial decisions are supposed to be based on law, not popular opinion. I know that the current majority of the Supreme Court are rightwing nuts, but it won't always be that way. Progress is slow, but we will overcome someday.
