Pls can u help me? i know i need to sprint at the end and to be honest thats the part im looking forward too, but then im not sure if i'll have enough energy to do that :(

If you want to do a negative split try and stay at a steady pace in the place you are aiming to finish for the first lap. Second lap, gradually increase pace at every 100m until you are sprinting at the last 100. Good luck!

Firstly keep hydrated during the day and don't eat before your race, warm up and don't go off too fast take the first 400m at a coftorble pace and on the final lap go faster, the last 100m sprint! It doesn't matter what place you came as long as you enjoyed it, and did the best as you an! Remember to stretch after. Good luck, have fun!
