No one. If you were suspended you got an email telling you that, with a link to appeal. If you didn't appeal, or did and lost, that account is gone. So now you use your new one and try to follow the Terms of Service this time.

If you were suspended, you could not ask a question.

If you can't answer questions, one of several things has happened.

    > You have reached your daily limit. Every level has a daily limit on asking and answering.

    > You have been blocked by the person asking. In this case, there will be no answer box at all.

    > There is a glitch, particularly if you are using IE10. In this case, you can type an answer but the Submit button does not appear. In that case, see if the "Security Risk" alert box shows up at the bottom of the page when you first enter it. If so, click "Show all content" and the page should reload, and if you type in the box, you should get the Submit button. Or you can try using Firefox / Chrome, which don't seem to have this issue.

There is a new glitch - Internet Explorer is identifying one of the latest changes on Y!A as a security risk. You may see a box at the bottom of your page warning you that "Only secure content is shown." To post answers you need to click the "Show all content" button - because part of the insecure content they are blocking is the submit button!

Alternatively, switch to a different browser - I have found that there is no problem using Google Chrome.

Once you are suspended, that's it. You are, to steal a term from the book 1984, a non-person. Do what the rest of us do and start a new account under a different name.
