What's a good charter/air taxi company?
I'm looking into booking an air taxi flight, but I don't even know where to start. I need this to be as CHEAP as possible. A lot of the results I see when I search for air taxi companies are clearly geared towards rich people. I'm not a wealthy business person; I don't care about luxury. I just need a super-cheap flight that can take me from point A to point B. Anyone know of a company that does this?
Thanks!
Thanks for answering. The trip would be in the Midwest. The starting point & destination are 400 miles apart. I could drive in 7-8 hours. It's a long story, but I would only be at the destination for less than 2 days before having to come back, so it's not worth it to drive 7 hours there and back for such a short amount of time. The starting point & ending point are rural, so it would be a long drive to a major airport on either end, which would defeat the purpose of not driving for hours.

It's a very big world with tens of thousands of charter companies. Since we're not mind readers perhaps you could tell us where it is you live, where you want to go, how and many people will be traveling with you. You might include the reason why you cannot take an airline. Charter flights are usually far more expensive than airline flights.

Call the local air port at either the starting point or destination. Airplanes are expensive to operate, so even though you may think they are catering to rich people, it is still expensive. It sounds like driving would be by far the cheapest.
