Where is a good place to train Pokemon for the Pokemon League in Platinum Version?

I really need to train my Pokemon because I keep losing to Cynthia. These are my Pokemon:

LvL 51 Luxray

. Strength

. Thunder Fang

. Crunch

. Spark

LvL 57 Torterra

. Earthquake

. Leaf Storm

. Rock Climb

. Iron Tail

Lvl 53 Staraptor

. Aerial Ace

. Close Combat

. Fly

. Brave Bird

LvL 56 Garchomp

. Cut

. Earthquake

. Dragon Rush

. Crunch

LvL 49 Giratina

. Shadow Ball

Someone, please give me a good advice. No stupid answers please.

Update:

What I'm really trying to ask is if there is a specific place that I can train different Pokemon with different types. Because Victory Road is only good for training Ground, Water, Grass, and Fighting type Pokemon. The main question is where can you train Electric, Flying, and Ghost/Dark type Pokemon?

    I think so far Victory Road is the best place to train your pokemon for Championship League. And where is your sixth, i.e., last pokemon?

    You'll take only 5? .......well it's okay, but if you are to keep your sixth pokemon take a Water type or a Fire type pokemon okay....and train them well. Good Luck!! :)

    The 6th Pokemon, I completely ignored throughout the game. Its a LvL 29 Gyarados, I only keep him in my party because he has Surf. But thanks anyway.
