LOL!!! you wont have to ask the NSA you know, if you lost your phone im sure the phone company that it belonged to will be able to track it if you have the cell phone number or some code or information they might ask for , the police can probably track it too . good luck

That's not how it works. If you have an iPhone you can track it on icloud.com.
