Do I have to pay for out of state tuition if one of my parents lives in that state?
My mom moved to California a year ago. I lived with her for a year with my brother. I want to graduate from by old school because it has better academics, which means I'll have to move in with my dad for senior year in Mississippi. However, I want to attend a UC school at an instate price. Will this be possible if I move to Mississippi since my mom and my step dad pay taxes to the CA government?
Please help if you can. Thank you!

You'll have to ask the financial aid office of the California school. Usually the college will look at the high school you are attending in your senior year and from which you graduate, and based on that would determine you are from out of state. However, in your situation, it might be different because of your Mom living there.
