Piercing question help?
I got my earlobe pierced 2 weeks ago and I'm going on vacation to Cancun and I'd like to take scuba diving lessons. I'm worried about my piercing tho. Is it safe to do it? What are the risks?
And what about swimming in pools?
Thank you!!

Did the person who pierced your ears tell you about this?
When I had my 2nd ear part done the person who pierced mine told me to cover them when in water.
If you have piercing tape use that, generally its black tape that is very sticky, make sure its waterproof if you buy tape.
With them being newly pierced and if you wear tape careful when you take the tape off as it may be abit sore after.
I don't think chlorine is good for piecing's but I have been swimming loads with mine, but always give them a good clean straight after.
Did the piercer tell you how long to keep the earrings in for? I got told 6-8 weeks which is when they should be healed, but the safer option Is tape.
Hope this helped Xx

Typically you should avoid swimming with new piercings, especially in the ocean.
