Guys with nudes likes girlfriend's pic on insta?
There are multiple guys with just nudes as their pictures and they like my girlfriends pictures and followed her. I have access to her account and I know she wasn't involved.
Should I just block them and forget about them? Or should I tell her what happened. Does she need to know?

I'll looks like there is some source from which these his are getting to know about your girl.
The best thing to do would be to block these guys and not let your gf know about them. You don't want her curiosity to awaken. She might not be curious if she really really loved you. But you don't want to take a risk.
