How can i sleep earlier?

everytime i try, i can't sleep and stay awake for like 1-2 hours so i end sleeping real late and waking late. help pls

    At least an hour before you want to head to bed, turn off or stop using electronics, they stimulate your brain which makes it very hard to fall asleep. Next, turn off any lights you're using except for a very dim one if you need it. This is because your body will still think it's day time if your house is bright. When you get into bed, try to clear all your thoughts, relax and close your eyes. Maybe try counting sheep if you can't relax. The first few nights may be hard to get to sleep earlier, but your body will start to get used to the cycle. Just make sure you keep the electronics to a bare minimum before you sleep, and keep your bedroom as dark and cool as possible while you sleep.(your body sleeps best in that environment). Also, don't drink any caffeinated beverages after lunchtime. Good luck!

    Try eating a bit more before bed. That will get you sleepy and you'll be fresh.
