Why have Kosovo international soccer team and club teams not been put in to champions league qualifiers and euro 2016 qualifiers?

    Kosovo isn't a member of FIFA or UEFA, so it can't take part in any international tournament that is run by any of these organisations. Kosovo probably wouldn't want to take part, either. With the team that they have, they wouldn't compete against San Marino.
