This girl likes me, wants to hook up. What's the best thing to say?

This girl with whom I work likes to have parties at her house on the weekend. Nothing crazy like college kids have, but just some friends getting together, having drinks, and playing games. The thing is, I think she's made it pretty clear that she likes me and I think she would be into a hookup.

Neither of use is in a relationship kind of mindset, so to be clear, I'm NOT wondering how I can ask her out. What I want to know is how I can best bring up the topic of hooking up in a presentable way. She's having another party for the 4th of July this weekend and I figure it will be an opportune time to make the move. My main concerns are A. the other people with whom I work would find it weird and/or become jealous and B. I will ask her to hook up in a way that makes it sound awkward or pervish.

What's the best time to bring up the subject and how should I ask the question? I want to bring it up casually and smoothly so that it's clear that I haven't been thinking about it all night.
