What are some good online courses on cooking?

I know absolutely nothing about the culinary arts, so preferably introductory type courses. A youtube channel would be great, but an interactive website would be even better.

    TrevLev, really....online? I enrolled in a night course here at the local college, and it was the best thing I could have done.

    If I was doing something wrong, I would be corrected and shown the right way on the spot. You can not do that online, as there are different scenarios, that would not be covered. I could ask questions and get answers on the spot about variations.

    All you gotta do is look up the recipe for anything you want, and follow the instructions. Eventually, you'll get the hang of some tips and tricks and what to do and not to do. Some common tips can be found online as well, such as when to add salt or how much water to add and blabla.
