Interviewing for a job in US with a Indian-owned company?

I've made it through the initial interviews and now there's just one left--with Global HR in India. The job is located in the US, at a US subsidiary. Can you weigh in on what I can expect from this last interview? I know the Indian culture is vastly different from America's culture, but what are some specific differences between our working culture?

Any help is greatly appreciated! I've never been so nervous, and I hire people all the time!

Update:

Not sure why my update didn't post! I am a female, and I'm being interviewed by a female (the Global HR Director) who is Indian. The company is legit, I'll be working for an American subsidiary of the parent company which is located in India. I've already met with the local HR Director, President, CFO, etc. This is just the next step!

Good to know, however, that there are still issues with corruption. It will keep me on my toes!

    You are female?

That is a major culture difference.

Women there are not treated fully equal.

And I hope you are not falling for a scam.

India has a serious problem with corruption and lawlessness.

IF its from home. It's a scam.
