Hi,
Those usually appear in your inbox because you've provided those companies with your email. By law, they are required to provide a 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of all newsletter communications. Look for that and click it for each company.
In the future, don't provide your email to companies that you don't want email from. This includes companies on the internet as well as stores you visit in person. If you provide your email, expect emails - it's cheaper than sending physical mail.
