Want to replace dual light switch in kitchen with a single outlet and a switch to control both lights . Is this possible?

One switch is for one light the other switch is for the other light in kitchen . Wife wants to have one side an outlet (never been one there ) and have either a single switch control both lights or two switches and outlet .

It depends on the wiring and it is possible ONLY if there is a feed from the power panel at the location of the proposed outlet. To make the outlet hot you need a line, neutral and ground and the circuit needs to be at a minimum load like way less than 80% when the outlet is used. The best solution is to have a local qualified professional electrician install a new circuit for the outlet in that location. If you have the needed power circuit the switch and outlet is easy to wire.
