Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda for your hair?

Has anyone tried this? Is it going to ruin my hair?

I started using Apple Cider Vinegar when I moved and had hard water. And it worked great.

But Ive read things about the ph balance that could damage it? So is it safe to use?

The price of shampoo and conditioner is outrageous

What other ways I can wash my hair with similiar products.

Are there any cheap shampoos/conditioners that are good?

using baking soda should not be done regularly.. its harsh on the scalp. use that to get rid of build-up, 2-3 times a month tops.

vinegar is fine but who wants to smell like that...

co-wash/cleansing conditioner is a good option
