What is your favorite kind of sushi?
Okay so not just the raw fish but anything that comes with it like the summer rolls or california rolls . You know the type of things made with sushi rice that really are not sushi . Like the rolls sold in Dillons Kroger etc . in the fresh sushi bar.
I like most of them but my favorite is salmon with avocado

I like all kinds of sushi especially sea urchin (uni) salmon roe (Ikura) smelt egg (masago) tekka/kappa maki, soft shell crab rolls, tempura and crunchy eel roll etc all except with mayonnaise '

Sake Blue has a Fried Shrimp Sushi roll that's pretty good.
If you like Salmon and Avocado then you might like the Philadelphia roll.

I love unagi sushi but also just got onto making wakame soup.. so tasty and healthy :)
