In the end it is a contact sport where injuries, some career ending happen. Most with no malice. Once we start opening the door for litigation for injury, no one will soon be able to afford the risk of playing.... Either professionally or as an amateur.

Imagine playing a game, you make a simple challenge for the ball. The other player twists and damages his knee. The next day you get notice of a million dollar litigation for medical a costs , suffering, and anguish..... Don't forget lost time for being off work.

We all play at our own risk. It should stay that way.
