An app on a phone..I don't think so. On a computer iMovie would be perfect for that..try looking for an iMovie app or video editing app.

Sounds like you need a video editor. Besides phone video... if you can actually call that junk video, is terrible to watch. If you want real video buy a real video camera or a video capable dslr and a good editor to go with it. Besides app's are cheesy and cheap and don't really do much anyway.
