Why aren't cons pushing for viagra to not be covered by insurance? Don't they want cheaper viagra?

Viagra is not a contraceptive. It's used for an abnormal medical condition. 16 kinds of birth control, including the pill, are covered. What exactly is your problem, then? That isn't enough choice?
