Need good anniversary present for wife?

My wife Samantha and I have been married for 5 years now. My mother is going to babysit our kids. I want to know what I should get her and where I should take her. I was planning on surprising her with a trip overseas, but I'm not sure which country we should visit or if we should just take a trip across Europe, since it is something we'll both enjoy. She knows about the trip, since my daughter blabbed it to her, so I need to get her opinion. But whenever I ask, she just says "pick one. you know me, pick the best place for romance" and then she just smiles and laughs.

As for a present, besides the trip, what should I buy her? A new ring? Earrings? Necklace? She's very feminine and loves things like that, but she's also a kid at heart and loves My Little Pony and watches it with my daughters and I all the time. I was thinking perhaps a customized Build A Bear Rarity (her favorite pony) with a fancy gold heart necklace around her neck. Or a ring slipped on her horn. Something adorable and romantic. It's a tough decision.
