My psychiatrist recommended these medications since I have issues focusing. Which one works best and has the least amount of side effects? I REALLY want to be able to go back to normal and be able to focus on projects, but I don't want to have horrible side effects to do it. Vyvanse is also really expensive, insurance or not. Adderall is rather cheap.

I was prescribed all three of these for my depression, anxiety, and ocd. I have been taking clonazepam for nearly 10 years, but this is my first time taking Lexapro and Anafranil. I was taking Celexa, which I was on for 4 years, but it wasn't working, so my psychiatrist switched it to Lexapro and added Anafranil for my ocd which keeps getting worse. I just took Lexapro for the first time about 2 hours ago (I know anti-depressants need a few weeks to start working) and an Anafranil (I'm supposed to take two at a time, but I only took one to see about allergies or side effects) about an hour ago. I took a clonazepam this morning (I'm supposed to take 3 a day at 2mg per pill, but I personally feel that's too much). Does anyone else have any experience with this combination of drugs? If so, does it help? Will the Lexapro possibly work better than the Celexa? Does Anafranil do anything at all? As I said, I JUST took one, so I feel nothing at the moment. Should I actually start taking all 3 clonazepam doses per day as prescribed or should I go with my gut that that's too much benzo at one time?

I have a medium-sized jeep. At night, some animal (we haven't caught sight of it yet) comes and tries to get in the car. It leaves scratches and claw marks on the windows. Zero paw prints, so it's likely not a dog, and the claws are too large to be a raccoon. The only thing in the jeep that might attract an animal would be a bag of dry dog food we left in their for a few days.

We live in an area with mountain lions, wolves, and coyotes. I REALLY hope there's a less-terrifying explanation for the scratches. It is NOT a fox, opossum, or coon, unless someone injected them with growth serum.

The show Empire is one of my new favorites. It's absolutely spectacular. Are there any other shows that are similar to it's premise? I can't find any. Shows from the 90s are fine, as are shows from other countries as long as there are subtitles. Empire is coming to it's season end soon and I want something to tide me over until it comes back!

Okay, I ordered from a company I've been ordering from for over a year and I'm very friendly with the staff. They know me and know where I live. They sent me a package (I bought and paid full price for it) and it told me the package was undeliverable. I live in Crystal City, Missouri and my mail goes to a PO BOX. The mail store closes at 11am. Is there an explanation why this item: 9114 9011 5981 8938 4249 31 was listed as undeliverable? Should I expect it Monday or should I expect it to be returned to the sender and expect it to be sent whenever they get around to fixing the address?

They know me, so there is NO EXCUSE for them sending this package to Eureka. The package is just incense, for those who care or think I'm ordering stuff I'm not supposed to. It's Nag Champa and Moonlight Jasmine incense from the Fred Soll company, in case anyone is interested.

Update : Oh yeah, they HAVE delivered to my PO BOX before and they still do, they said.

I use incense to freshen my house and burn the smells often. I ordered a large amount of incense from a seller I always order from. The SAME DAY, I found the incense for (overall, considering the amount I ordered) for $15 less. Should I contact the original seller, with whom I have a good relationship with, and let her know about my frustration?

The incense on eBay and from the seller's website were sold by the same person, not a different seller, so she has no excuse for not letting me know she had changed the price other than just wanting to overcharge me.

There was a new racial charged shooting in St. Louis proper. I'm white, and I'm frightened to leave my home. I've heard riots and violence and everything. Would it be best if I stayed with my cousin in Jefferson County (about an hour away)?

My wife Samantha and I have been married for 5 years now. My mother is going to babysit our kids. I want to know what I should get her and where I should take her. I was planning on surprising her with a trip overseas, but I'm not sure which country we should visit or if we should just take a trip across Europe, since it is something we'll both enjoy. She knows about the trip, since my daughter blabbed it to her, so I need to get her opinion. But whenever I ask, she just says "pick one. you know me, pick the best place for romance" and then she just smiles and laughs.

As for a present, besides the trip, what should I buy her? A new ring? Earrings? Necklace? She's very feminine and loves things like that, but she's also a kid at heart and loves My Little Pony and watches it with my daughters and I all the time. I was thinking perhaps a customized Build A Bear Rarity (her favorite pony) with a fancy gold heart necklace around her neck. Or a ring slipped on her horn. Something adorable and romantic. It's a tough decision.

I don't mean pornographic filth like Fifty Shades of Suck. I mean books like the Southern Reach Trilogy. Annihilation and Authority are the best books I've read in ages. Are there any other books similar to those out there? PLEASE do not suggest any teen novels like Hunger Games, Divergent, Twilight, etc. Those ARE NOT what I consider adult oriented dystopia. Also, yes, I've read 1984 and Fahrenheit 451. I was thinking about reading Dark Eden, by Christ Beckett, but it takes place on an alien world as far as I know. Anyone have good suggestions?

What is the best resin-on-a-stick incense? I've tried Fred Soll's and Nature Nature's and love them both. I'm just curious if there is something better out there. DO NOT suggest any Nag Champa unless it is resin on a stick. I've tried the blue box kind, and superhit, and midnight, and Goloka, and many others. So far, my favorite is Ancient Blend Frankincense and Myrrh from Fred Soll and Egyptian Blend Frankincense and Myrrh from Nature Nature.

Frankincense and Myrrh is probably my preferred scent. I was wondering if there were any that were as good as Fred's and Nature's.

My package has been stuck on Depart USPS Sort Facility for nearly 3 days now, two for sure. The sort facility is a mere 40 minute drive from there to my home. What is going on here? I called my post office, where I receive my mail due to mailbox bashing children, and they do not have it and do not know where it is, save Hazelwood (the sort facility) still. Yes, we received around 8 inches of snow, but this was before the package got to Hazelwood, so I KNOW snow isn't the issue. Also, I am receiving my other mail just fine, such as TV Guide and bills (sadly).

It has been delivered to a similarly close post office before, but they always scan it to let me know what happened and that they are sending it to it's intended destination. I called THAT post office as well, just in case, and they did not receive it either.

I get my medications mailed to me from CVS pharmacy, which is the only pharmacy my insurance will allow for my medications, and the nearest one is over an hour away, so I REALLY DO need this package. I am not allowed to pick up my medications at the pharmacy either, so I am told.

I'm fascinated by Alexander the Great, and I already have the Mary Renault fiction books (and her 'biography' that reads like fiction at times) and Robin Lane Fox's biography. I also have the classics, like Arrian and such. I'm looking for a recommendation of a good biography written by modern authors that delves more into Alexander's character rather than just his military tactics. I like those books, but I have read enough about his campaigns.

Any good FICTION books starring Alexander would be a nice recommendation too. I've read Mary Renault's fiction, so don't say those.
