massaging neck , can feel it in my brain?

when i was massaging my neck earlier today, i could feel it in my brain. i was rubbing the back side of the neck below the base of the skull, the muscle feels very sore. when rubbing this i could actually feel it on the top back part of my brain. is this serious condition ?

    the thing is tho brain has no nerve endings and it is impossible for ur brain to feel anything, evenif ur skull was open and someone touched it u wouldnt feel a thing
