If you were on a diet, what would be your weakness, your only exception that you would eat.?
For instance if I went on a diet, I would not be able to walk down any bakery aisle because I mean, who doesn't love some good bakery

Here is the thing... People don't realize what a "diet" truly is.
When you are trying to lose fat, you need to restrict your carbs because unused carbs are mainly turned into fat. BUT, even that being said, carbs are OUR MAIN SOURCE OF ENERGY.
So what does that mean? Well, it means this. You need to diet in which you restrict your carbs each day for (depending on different peoples body) you could do that 2 weeks straight, we will say that just to be safe. Now, assuming you work out, like I said carbs are our main source of energy aka YOUR BODY NEEDS THEM
Sooooo, every 2 weeks or so, give into your body!!! Go to that bakery, get you a sweet little treat, just dont go overboard. Its called a refeed day, and its basically telling your body, HEY YOU ARE STILL HUMAN AND YOU STILL GET SOME CARBS! A refeed day is soooo good for your health when you are dieting.
So stay strict, and once about every 2 weeks go eat one meal of anything you want
