So I noticed a Cop parked under a overpass bridge on the sloped embankment looking for speeders.?
So I was wondering if I get a little hungry on the way home if I could take a break and join the parked cop on the sloping embankment under the bridge. It's egg-salad, and I know I'll be hungry. Is this illegal? If so, what specific Fed/State statute gives the cop a perceived extra right to be there?
Minnesota is my state, but imput on other state statutes is fine as well.

I have one piece of advice for you. Stay away from any law enforcement person. They are not your friend. The less contact you have with them the better off your life will be. Do not, under any circumstances, provoke a reaction from one. They are just hoping you make one slight slip allowing them to whip on you, cuff you and haul your sorry behind to jail. Only as a last resort, if your life is in real danger, should you call the police. When they do show up be prepared to be arrested.
