You should have internet explorer, Chrome and firfox on you computer. This way you can test multiple browsers to see if it is a browser issue.

This may be malware issue, down load malwarbytes and ccleaner Reboot your computer into SAFE MODE and run mawarbytes then run ccleaner use clcleaner to clear internet use first (top box leaft hand side), then go down to the little blue box registry fix Second box down on left hand side) and run that next and fix registry errors. Reboot windows into normal mode then run ccleaner registry fix again. See if that helps.

try to check your internet connection. Then make sure that fb is not restricted by any software or addons or extension.
