Watch what you eat, exercise and hope for the best. If your good looking now, you'll probably always be good looking, however, that doesn't guarantee happiness. You must pay attention to your character and how you treat people. I say stay close to God and you will be beautiful inside and out. Good looks only get you so far.

Enjoy it while you've got it. Hollywood's movie stars ae all preoccupied with doing what you've asked. Not one of them keep their good looks past their thirties. Tony Curtis is a good example. Best looking guy anyone would want to be like. A bald broken down star many years before he died.
